Perhaps you’ve tried “everything” or maybe you’ve never known what to try. Take heart. No matter where you are in the process, seeking help is itself an action that motivates, encourages and restores hope.
Is now the time to live based on YOUR priorities, values and vision?
One of the strongest predictors of success in therapy is the connection you have with your therapist. Finding the best fit is an important first step! Seeking counseling can be difficult. It’s hard to acknowledge our pain, and often we feel guilty about it.
Feelings aren’t good or bad. They just are—the choices we make in relation to those feelings are what we can influence. Gaining awareness that you have choices is key!
I have over 30 years of experience working collaboratively with my clients as they increase understanding of themselves and their inner lives. In therapy, we create a trusting relationship in order to uncover limiting beliefs that create unwanted patterns and experiences.
I work with the intention of guiding a non-judgmental exploration of your deepest concerns and longings. I listen thoughtfully and use a variety of approaches for each person, integrating traditional and non-traditional approaches.
I see men, women and couples who struggle with feelings of grief, loss, trauma, immobilization, depression, relationship issues, anxiety and anger. We often see humor in many difficult situations as the answers arise from within each client.
Frequently, I encourage clients to call on all of their assets, support and spiritual beliefs to create new responses to old issues.
I invite you to come explore with me.
Are you ready to make a commitment to yourself?
You will be welcomed!
